By any coach wishing to A) Get paid and B) have the honor of carving out his own legacy by turning around a perennial loser of a team into a winning franchise again. What head coach worth anything would not want to take on that challenge? Also, Snyder has worked pretty hard to turn things around in the front office. Head coaches have no Vinny Cerrato to deal with anymore. That in itself makes the position a lot more attractive for many suitors. The only ones who think the position is not highly sought for are fans from opposing teams - especially in the same division, teams that are trying to grab a new head coach themselves, and the sports media talking heads who don't know what they're talking about.
