Out of this list I like Bevell first, McDermott a close second. As much as I dislike Pete Carroll, the Seattle organization has made the kind of change I would like us to take for a next step, and Bevell's experience there might be a good transition for here. The fact that he would build a similar offense to what we have pieces for is a good fit as well.

McDermott, I like him as a guy who could track the defense and bring in a strong OC, but his hire would definitely hinge on who he wants as an OC in my mind.
