I am starting to embrace the idea of hiring one of the named OC or DC to be our HC. Id much rather go that route than bring in a cowher or caldwell or another older established guy.

I want a coach who can scheme, Xs and Os, make adjustments before and during the game and adjust the scheme to enhance our player's strengths. And just worry about coaching and allow bruce and co. worry about personnel and contracts etc.
