Team insiders already say that he is the best QB on the roster anyway.
Bah, nonsense.

Gibbs doesn't want to win, he wants to push his personal agenda. Because Gibbs has a history of doing this sort of thing, right? Putting his personal agendas ahead of the good of the team?
