It is not going to magically solve everything, but I personally feel we've always had a 4-3 personnel or at least defensive players with mostly 4-3 experience. And I think there are two huge benefits about going back to this scheme:
1. Cofield has been a very good NT, but I think he will be an even better 4-3 DT
2. Rak/Kerrigan can become our own version of Freeney/Mathis.
Regardless of the scheme, we need to fill some key areas (LBs and Safeties).
