If you add a great qb to a good team , you get a very good team . Put that great qb on a very good team > you get a great team. Put great QB on a great team , you end up in contention to win rings . NO qb can win a ring on a poor team , not Manning , Brady , Montana , Marino . I have no doubt that Cleveland would have been in the playoffs with either Manning or Brady .
