Randy Jordan coached Roy Helu Jr. his Freshman year. He has coached under west coach's Bill Callahan, Mike Sherman, and Mack Brown. He can develop young talent, having some success in college.
Notable running backs coached Mike Goodson, Cyrus Gray, and Giovani Bernard.
Jackson's running backs have been versatile weapons able to run and catch out of the backfield.
