As for the cap, the new sheets should be up here soon. I think you'll find our numbers match pretty closely:

Ah sorry to hear things aren't that good in Quebec these days CC. I don't blame you for wanting to live in Ontario even though we are getting taxed to death as well. If it's any consolation the winter this year sucks donkey balls as well. I still love Montreal, but maybe it's just mostly Crescent street and the "scenery"
Ok so we are close. The only discrepancy I have is that you are around $30mill and I'm at $33 but if I take Meriweather out then I'd have an additional $2.2M of savings so then $35M total. Sounds good once you post your sheets we can compare closer.
