I'll make the same suggestion I did before, Chico23231, be more involved with friends and family. Take note when someone you knows starts to behave oddly.

How many times after the fact do we hear that a person had begun doing 'X' or 'Y' and it was a 'tell-tail' sign.

There's no magic solution, it'll take effort.
