The Teapot is inapplicable to NC's assertion that "To make the claim their isn't a god, means the burden of proof is now on you to back up the claim". It is applicable to the assertion "You can't prove I am wrong about the existence of God so you should believe God exists."
I don't think you have ever claimed you could prove God's non-existence. Rather, your "assertion" has always been "through the use of the scientific method, prove the existence of deity and I will believe in that proven deity."
You're just particularly obnoxious about doing so and are prone to ignoring your own logical fallacies in arguing the point.
