His Ints were not because he's throwing into double coverage, or only looking at one guy. His issues seems to be he throws late and behind, very correctable.

That is coachable too. In fact I would be more concerned with someone throwing it behind receivers consistently than someone who wasn't reading defenses properly in their second season.
