Let me say this, if that was Peyton Manning, do you think there would have been a flag and a fine? Of course.

How about this, if LaVar or Taylor were the ones doing the clotheslining, think there would be fines handed out? Definitely.

On a side note, what's up with this supposed new horse-collar rule?? Did they call it even once last weekend? I saw it a few times in different games and no calls. I think even Madden mentioned it.
I think for them to fine a player it has to be done intentionally in my opinion. Now, the fact that the refs did not throw a flag is pure BS. Every week you see a deffender jump up trying to block a pass and their hand comes down and lightly hits the QBs head and flags fly from everywhere. I was at the game the refs kind of stood around and just looked at each other. That new horse collar tackle is a joke I think it won't last past this year.
