I don't think the Redskins are going to end up a finalist on Byrd. He's going to be one of the three highest paid free agents, and I think the Redskins are going to intentionally stay away from that tier of contract.

They'll be in on Ward and Clemons at safety. Both will be costly, but cheaper than Byrd.
