Of course, every time something big happens in the organization (like the QB switch, for instance) people want to know whether Williams's feelings about sticking around have changed. I've never met anyone like Gregg Williams. He's a unique individual with unique talents, and I hope that he stays with the organization for many years. But I can't see him remaining loyal to the organization if the team doesn't start winning a lot more games. That means Gibbs and his offense must start producing more yards, more time of possession and most importantly: more points. The length of Williams's tenure here will be directly related to how successful Gibbs is over the next few months.

AHHHHH....but this is where Snyder come in......if Williams is paid as much as other HEAD coaches make, even though he's an assistant, he's gonna stick around for a while knowing that he's being monetarily rewarded....of course, there is a point when he will want an opportunity to be a head coach again...I just hope he's content to stick around until Gibbs retires, then become the head man.....
