its wireless, it serves as the remote, and you can move your character on screen by moving the controller through the air... it has like a usb port that a normal joystick/dpad deal can also be attached to if needed...
the cool part is if you turn it sideways, its the old school NES controller with the dpad in one hand and the A B in another... they said they'd be offering retro games for those that wanted them
