My thing is, and I've said it a lot, so I'm not breaking new ground. They got a lot of solid players, some of that do to wise trades which means they got a win in the trade.

We got our qb. Every year we had a question, and resources time and energy in scouting was wasted looking at qb's, questions of qb competitions, and divided fans and teammates as to who should be the starter, or who we should get as the starter, or why don't we have a starter. It was endless, and I am sure fatiguing for every player that wore the Skins uniform (at least offense, and probably defense). We know that Griffin has top level talent, and has a division title under his belt. I say that's a win for us. Especially considering the relatively barren qb drafts the last 2 years. I understand the argument could be made that we could have had Tannehill or Wilson, but we also could have had Weeden, Osweiler, Foles (who I am not a believer in), Manuel, Smith, Glennon ... AND with any one of those guys we would still be thinking is there someone better. My guess is regardless of who we took, it would turn into yet another Jason Campbell, or Patrick Ramsey saga that dragged us through another 3-5 years of guessing game qb play.
so it was a win for us.

Ultimately, why does there have to be a winner and loser, in this case both teams got the end result they wanted from the trade.
Win Win.
