No....I highly doubt it.
Too much at stake to get caught doing it, it would ruin the NFL.
Too many people to control to keep it quiet.
I'd bet the Nevada Gaming Commission keeps an eye on it too.
And like Matty said, human referees make mistakes.
Shit happens.....
