I agree with you - up to a point. I also believe that RGIII has what it takes to succeed in the NFL. Plus, he has the desire to be a great QB. So, I think Gruden should stick with RGIII as long as possible.
There is only one thing that would make it difficult for Gruden to stick with him. That one thing is losing. The number one statistic to use in evaluating any QB is wins and losses. If we win with RGIII, then he is the QB. If we don't win with him, then Gruden may be forced to make a change.
