I agree about Gruden. At his press conference last night he said some things (I don't remember them
) that just were diametrically opposed to a Maroon and Black comment. I do remember they asked him about Arena league vs NFL, and really thought his response was insightful, a little revealing, but ultimately blunt. I know it ended with, it's all about the wins. or something. He also said he let the OC call all the plays (except the TD's and laughed), which I thought was a great thing. Let's them work together and see each other's styles so there is familiarity.
