Re: LaVar not happy

Someone here asked:

How do you have the potential best linbacker in football ...not playing..????

I believe the answer to that is in the question itself. It is the word "potential". LaVar has been in the NFL far too long to continue to get his playing time based on "potential". Rookies and second year players get playing time so that they can develop their potential. By this point in the careersa of men who were good enough to be thought of as the "best linebackers in football", they were not living on potential; they were demonstrating it on the field Sunday after Sunday and earning even the grudging respect of fans of their most bitter opponents.

LaVar Arrington is a gifted football player on a physical level. He better find a way to use those physical gifts sometime soon because Father Time does not let linebackers keep those "best linebacker in football physical skills" for all that long. The clock is ticking...

I don't know if Arrington's "issue" now is that the knee is not yet right or if he and the coaches are at odds with each other. This knee problem has gone on for about a year now; originally they thought it would be fine in about a month to six weeks. So, maybe there is some real problem going on in there.

Or it could be that LaVar is not taking to coaching as well as coaches would like him to. That has happened before.
