Haslett is an average DC. But it's not going to matter who we bring in here if he doesn't have players. Haslett would be a better DC if he had better players. I'd be more worried about who's picking the players, rather than who's coaching them. Clark, Merriweather, Hatcher, Porter and Bowen are all pretty sub par free agent signings. There is no excuse for 50 year old Ryan Clark starting as your free safety.
