The only offensive rank that matters is points, and we're 22nd I believe. But many of those were garbage points just like we saw yesterday. Gruden's offense hasn't been able to capitalize on turnovers, good field position etc. Basically it looks like a pile of horseshit in the first half.
He gets the benefit of the doubt up to this point, but now with McCoy taking all the reps things need to get sharper. If it doesn't happen I don't think anybody should fault Snyder for axing Gruden end of season, most teams would.

Except really successful organizations like the modern day Patriots or Giants. And to go back a little Bill Walsh's 49ers and Jimmy Johnson's Cowboys did not fire their coach their first year.
And what has probably been the most successful organization since the Super Bowl was invented, the Pittsburg Steelers never fire their coach, even when their entire fan base/the media is trying to convince them to. They seem to understand patience.
But Washington is not a successful organization like the ones mentioned above so you will probably get what you want and then next year when the new head coach is in the same position as Gruden he will get fired as well. I would say the Skins are as bad as the Raiders but at least they made the Super Bowl this past century.
