Honestly, I think Robert's situation is all about Robert. He has to decide to want it, to do everything in his power to get better, become the player that he wants to be. It takes a lot to humble yourself and go to work on the mental stuff. Personally I would be walking across the street to Gruden's house and asking to study film with him.
