Because these are things a pro QB needs to be successful.
Long term, you can not have a good pro offense without a QB who doesn't have these things. NFL defenses adjust too fast to have a QB who depends on rollouts and read option. I could see it in the 49 game, the outside lineman were staying at home and were right in RG3s face on the few rollouts they did.
The CFL style mobile QB was never going to work in the NFL. People were fooled in 2012 because of RG3, Kaepernick, Newton, and Russel had success. However it was short lived.
