We all know that the odds of Snyder hiring the right person are very low but if he keeps trying he might get lucky.

Assuming you bring in coaches who have a different philosophy, how long does it take to effectively switch out player personnel?
By switching out so frequently would we be scrambling for offseason signings and settling for less than ideal free agents?
Would our cap be all screwed up in a couple of years switching if we switch back and forth?
Would we have any consistency (like the damn Cowboys) through the draft?
Can our FO switch out personnel effectively in two years?
