Gibbs 2.0 was a decent stretch (Certainly the team was far more disciplined than today)
I actually thought had we stuck with Greg Williams as Coach and Kept Saunders on as Offensive Coordinator after Gibbs retired the second time, we might have been able to get some momentum going
