I would seek to hire Wade Phillips, Kirby Smart, or Jerry Gray.
AJ Smith name VP-GM hires recruiting staff. Bruce Allen Retains president position.
I believe RG3 deserves another shot here. It takes really 2 years to recover from a knee injury and he has all the tools, just needs to be coached up, confidence rebuilt.
