Sometimes the referees need to have that happen to them. Santana gets my respect for jawing to the officials. The NFL, in terms of officiating, at least to me, have been sliding in terms of quality over the last few years. I don't know how they select who they select, but it is adamant that poor officiating is determining the outcomes of games, more and more.
Hopefully the NFL reviews the play and at the very least disciplines the official for what was clearly one of the most blatant examples of "poor call" that i have ever seen...
