They need to do a vulcan mind meld so that Robert knows the offense and Jay's offensive philosophy so well that the HC is practically on the field with him. I see no reason why they shouldn't do this. I hear that they practically live across the street from one another. They could do it at one of their homes while their families visit.
I'm sure there are more things that could be done for Robert and the other QB's, but I think the things I listed would be a good start.

This would be "coddling" RG3 even more. Why would he get special treatment over the other QB's? Even if Gruden did this, the other QB's would have to be involved in this "one on one" time.
