the Chiefs were listed, but their record last year, the circumstances of their two games this year (were they close? shut outs? hail mary's? QB change?), and the teams they beat all play a big part in how much 'respect' the media gives them this early in the season.
its too early and up in the air to shout 'conspiracy' just yet. as far as the media knows so far, we're still the same 6-10 team as last year.
