I don't think things will ever change with this team until we find a real expert at evaluating rosters and talent. Haz is just the latest fall guy in a long list of fall guys. He sure as hell won't be the last. We're going to continue to see guys run in and out of here until we get a real GM. You just watch. Next year we're going to be a sub .500 team once again. Then Danny and Bruce is going to fire Gruden and promise once again to make some change. To bad it won't be the changes that's going to actually make a difference.
