I understand that many teams network to find coaches, etc. If you actually know what you are doing, it can be a good way to do NFL business.
Do any of those teams finish 4-12 every year, year after year? If so, I recommend they do things differently.
Hiring "Allen's homie's homie," instead of just "Allen's homie," is not really doing things differently.
PS "homie factor" and "bad decision factor" are not mutually exclusive.
