In the 2014 draft, 3 of the top 4 (in the rookie of the year voting) were
not top 10 picks A top 5 pick is no guarantee of an impact player - in fact several are major busts. The Redskins have made plenty of mistakes drafting "career back ups", however there is a chance the new staff will make better picks..... and they need as many picks as they can get. They need 5+ contributors from the draft, as well as a solid 5 free-agents. Then they will have a chance for a decent year, and a promising future.
