but yes - johnson certainly did cheat. and yes - it would be a big deal.
2. Rodgers sd he likes his balls over-inflated but when the NFL checks them, they reduce the PSI down to regulation level. There is no indication that Rodgers or anyone on the Packers staff alters the balls after the NFL refs check them.
so no - Rodgers is not cheating.
