What's so frustrating is that it ought to be relatively easy to avoid this conclusion -- just stay out of the way and let football people run the show. I am fine with Allen on contracts and McCloughan as the GM -- they ought to be able to bring in and retain sufficient talent to turn things around. Just let 'em, Danny. I beg you.
