Not really a surprise. He grew up in Texas and played college football there also. Unless he goes on a really cheap deal, I doubt the cowboys could afford him. I still expect Orakpo to draw a lot of interest since pass rusher is considered a top priority. If he is looking for money, I dont see Dallas being able to get into the bidding war.
