OP edited to reflect signing of Niles Paul. Tentatively estimating $1.5M cap hit net of the removal of a minimum salary player from the top 51.
Paul reportedly signed for 3 years worth up to $10M if incentives are reached.
Estimated cap hit for Paul will be revised when contract details become available.
