What's SM's strength? The draft. So in his first year, I'm keeping every draft pick I can this year. Maybe we move down and get a pick back but right now, just not a fan of giving up a pick this year for a player on the decline.

2016 picks. We move back maybe 30 spots in the draft at the most, not a big deal.
