Here's the deal--within 12 hours of the early game finals I am reading writers who are commenting on games as though they have watched and dissected each and every one. Do the math...13 Sunday games x 2 hours each (with immediate editing) is 26 hours just to watch the games, let alone break each performance down and write about them. [Even Dr. Z admitted that he did not watch the Dallas game until later, and only THEN did he change his opinion about the Skins] Just give me a homer, the box scores and highlights and I'll write my own opinions. Why do you think I hang out in this forum anyway?

At the end of preseason I posted that the thing that had me most impressed was the steady improvement by the Skins all through preseason. This has carried over in the regular season and the team is getting better by the week. You can SEE it....IF you watch the games. And yet the ONLY analyst I've heard comment on this fact is Jimmy Johnson on the FOX pregame show. I'm guessing that he actually earns his money.

So let Don Banks meet his little deadline. Nobody will care anyway if we have January tickets to Detroit.
