If Griffin plays poorly and isn't benched odds are he's done and IF Jay stays that why wouldn't Kirk stay?

There are many scenarios that could play out. If Griffin plays poorly odds are Jay is gonna bench him in favor of Cousins who might finally take the reigns and keep them (Maybe now's the time for Neiman to earn the part.).

IF Cousins does play well then would be re-signed and Griffin would be gone. The same thing could happen with McCoy which would be wildly unpopular. Griffin might even take the reigns himself and play well.
