When they compared his baseline test results from before preseason to this weeks test, there had to be some variance that the neuropsychologist saw that triggered this reversal of clearance. I'm guessing he passed the physical eval but when they compared his neuro diagnostic testing to his baseline things were found. That would explain the delay an reversal imo.
Second I wish this was just a football decision an the skins made a clear statement that they were starting Kirk week one.

I unfortunately have a lot of experience with concussions, in fact I have one now from hitting my head on the boom of an engine hoist. Never got a concussion from football or boxing just a host of mishaps. The more you get them the easier it is to get the next one, also quite often symptoms can improve and then turn around and get worse. Each one is different from recovery time to symptoms. You can think you are symptom free then something lets you know you are not. It is quite possible RG3 appeared fine
and then regressed.
