This quote of KC in post game press conference says it all for me.

""Anytime you can win in this league, it’s very, very important. We felt like we played well enough to win this week and we found a way to win. I think – I went through this in college – but as a young player you learn how to win. You learn what it takes. I feel like we’re in that process right now. I don’t know that I as a young player last year knew how to win, and I think I’m still in that process trying to get there. But it’s something that I think if we can play through it with some of these young guys and just keep growing and learning together, I’m excited about what the future could hold if we can just keep growing and learning and pushing through things together."

Kirk Cousins has 10 or 11 (?) CAREER NFL starts. Most of those behind a terrible offensives line and on a terrible team.
Now our offensive line and defense is improving and....what a surprise...so is our team.
I like how humble and hungry he is to keep getting better. He praises his teammates. What a breath of fresh air...
