Cousin's arm strength is really his issue, if he was able to zip balls quicker he would be pretty good. 10 yards and under he is ok, I think teams are gonna try and force him to throw it longer now. People should research before speaking out their ass. Kirk played bad, but doesn't lack arm strength. Now his accuracy is the question.
