In 8 months, Scot has done more than anyone not named Gibbs has with this team since Snyder has taken ownership. His football decisions are strong and have made obvious improvements. He is willing to churn the roster and bring in new faces for a workout, his coaches have outperformed expectations and the team is playing the way he wants them to look which is fortunately the way many of us want to see them play and that's physical football with a strong north/south running game and a strong defense. Is the team there yet? nope. and I'm sure Scot would agree. There's work to be done but for the first time in a very long time, there is a singular focus and a purpose with this organization. My only concern is that Snyder ends up pissing him off one day and he leaves before we get there.
