Alright, since everyone else has, I thought I'd add my .02. Just for giggles I dug up some stats and compared LA to a few of the more famous and hyped linebackers in the league over their first four years of play.
First 4 Years:
Now, is LA the best LB in the league? Certainly not. Is he overhyped? Who the hell knows or really cares. His stats aren't phenominal over his first four years, but they ARE good and better than average.
I think claiming that LA is of no use, should be traded and has no football "instinks" (whatever the hell that is) is a gross overstatement.
LA is an above average LB with alot to contribute to any team, and a stand-up, nice guy to boot.
Bottom line, G. Williams knows what he's doing and I trust him. The whole Brunell-Ramsey thing should have taught all of us here in Internet-Football land to maybe have a little faith in the guys getting paid millions to make these decisions.
