I know during the off-season it seemed like Bruce still had the most clout in the front office. But when you look at actual qualification of a 'true' GM Scott fits the bill much moreso then Bruce.
I have faith, probably misguided given this franchise, that if a decision needs to be made about personnel including coaches Scott's voice will carry the most weight.
