With SD it will come down to whether Spanos negotiates in good faith with mayor and city of SD or if he's so desperate to get LA market $ that he becomes kroenke's bitch as a tenant.
Personally, if I am SD I would forget Spanos and reach out to mark Davis and raiders. I know it's unlikely, but Spanos completely shunned and trashed SD. I wouldn't do any favors for that clown.
