To be clear I don't fault Barry for our performance this year on defense, with as many players as we had missing the fact that we hung in games well enough to win 9 is pretty good.

But I'm not sure he's a "+" coordinator. I don't think he'll get more out of the talent available to him than the talent itself dictates.
