My issue with Goldson last year was the missed tackles when having come up in run support and short passes. I thought it got worse as the season went on, even before the injury.
I think in coverage he was ok, certainly not terrible.
He's an average safety who makes a difference more in the locker room and communicating in the secondary. He's getting guys lined up and at the right depths. This is stuff that not "grade-able" but extremely valuable.
