I generally thought RG3 handled a most uncomfortable demotion with class last year. In fact most dealings with folks outside the locker room was with class. I don't think Mr. Bob was a locker room cancer either. I think he felt the only way to be accepted by everyone was to be the best on the field. But that isn't always what gets you accepted into the family.
